The environments for ageing and dementia design assessment tool (EADDAT) allows you to assess your environment using the latest research and guidance. With tier 1 you can choose to undertake a self-certification using the included checklist within the pack. By completing the checklist you will know if your building meets the 'tier 1 dementia aware' criteria. For buildings that meet the criteria, you can choose to promote your achievement through self-certification.

A self-certification includes:

• Digital decal
