Environments for ageing and dementia design assessment tool (EADDAT) – Tier 2 DSDC Certification Request

The environments for ageing and dementia design assessment tool (EADDAT) allows you to assess your environment using the latest research and guidance. Tier 2 offers clients the opportunity to request DSDC input through plan reviews and an official DSDC audit. 

Plan reviews are offered at both concept and detailed design stages, while an audit is undertaken after the build, at around six months post occupancy. An audit from DSDC, providing the building meets the assessment criteria set out in EADDAT, provides clients with building certification reflecting the level achieved (bronze, silver or gold) which lasts for three years.
